Evecare (Syrup & Capsules)
Himalaya’s Evecare (Syrup & Capsules) is an ayurvedic proprietary medicine used as uterine tonic in women. It helps in premenstrual syndrome (PMS), painful periods, irregular periods, uterine bleeding etc.
Ingredients (Composition)
Evecare Syrup & Capsules both have almost similar composition except a few ingredients. Evecare Capsule contains Kasis Godanti Bhasma and Yashad Bhasma additionally and Evecare Syrup contains Purified Shilajit, Babul, Anantmool, Manjistha and Narikela as additional ingredient.

Indications
Evecare (Syrup & Capsules) is therapeutically indicated in following health conditions:
- Premenstrual Syndrome – PMS
- Painful Periods – Dysmenorrhea
- Menstrual Irregularities
- Menorrhagia – Heavy or Prolonged Menstruation
- Oligomenorrhea – Infrequent or Light Menstruation
- Metrorrhagia – Heavy Uterine Bleeding
- Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (DUB)
- Infertility – as an adjuvant therapy to assist conception

Caution & Side Effects
Evecare (Syrup & Capsules) is LIKELY SAFE even for long-term use. However, one may have to undergo for additional investigations in case of severe dysmenorrhea and uncontrolled uterine bleeding. Evecare should not be used on patients with estrogen dependent tumors.
Evecare syrup 5ml. once / twice a day can be continued beyond 03 months or not?
Evecare syrup can be taken 5 to 10 ml two to three times a day and can be continued for 3 to 6 months.
if someone previously operated for fibroid with complicated severe dysmenorrhea takes evere care 2caps twice a day, does it mean that the painful menstruation will go away and not disturb the person again?

This is Aqeel, my wife is suffering from menstrual disorder befor some time it came early approximately 7 to 10 days from the date but now it comes late 15 to 20 days from the date only for one day period as it’s remains. it’s happening for two months and she complains heaviness pain in pelvis as mense about to come but prolonged. and also complaints pain waist and leg in left side.
Is Syp.Evecare curable, suitable for her? Or if any other medicine please advise…

Yes, you can start it anytime, but it is not indicated in PCOD.
I have Irregular periods so doctor advised me evecare for 3 months.

Don’t take double dose. Just take next dose as per recommendation of your doctor.
Hello sir, as you’ve said in one of the comments that evecare is not indicative for PCOD. But I’ve been prescribed these capsules for PCOD. So, shall I take it or talk to my doctor?
However, it is not indicated in PCOS treatment, but it does not mean that it cannot be taken.
Your doctor may advise you to take this to improve menstruation depending on several circumstances. For example, if you have menstrual irregularities along with heavy bleeding during periods, then evecare syrup can be taken.
Evecare capsules also contain Kasis Bhasma, which also help to induce the menstruation.
So, follow your doctor’s advice.
How to take it before meal or after meal?
After meal.
I am 44 years old lady with 2 daughters aged 8 and 4. I use to have heavy bleeding which became heavier after delivering my second baby. Generally, it was regular cycle of 8 days which had now of 12 days. Dr has advised for Marina coil which I don’t want to get it fitted. I take Tranexamic acid every month which helps a little bit not much. This time I got period 10 days before my due date. I am a rheumatoid arthritis patient on methotrexate. Can I take Evecare? If so what form liquid or capsule and dose, please.
However, Evecare is indicated in heavy uterine bleeding. But it seems to be a balance medicine.
Some ingredients in Evecare are promoting bleeding and some are checking/stopping bleeding. Overall, cancelling the effects of each other. Kasis Godanti Bhasma in capsules has potent emmenagogue. In our opinion, it is best in three main conditions:
1. Premenstrual syndrome
2. Dysmenorrhea
3. Minor menstrual irregularities
Your health condition does not seem to be a minor problem.
However, Evecare syrup (as it does not contain Kasis Godanti Bhasma) might be helpful, but you may also require other medicines along with it including Ashokarishta, Praval Pishti, Mukta Pishti, Mukta Shukti Pishti, Amalaki Rasyana etc. So, it is better to consult an ayurvedic physician personally, so he can recommend the best suitable medicine for your health problem.
