Pancha Jeeraka Gudam (also known as Panch Jeerak Pak) is an ayurvedic medicine used for postpartum diseases, women’s health problems, fevers, infections, phthisis, cough, asthma, anemia, debility and Vata diseases. All ingredients of Panch Jeerak Pak are mixed together and simmered until the mixture becomes thick, then it is dried and Churna is prepared.

Pharmacological Actions

Pancha Jeeraka Gudam improves appetite, strength, and immunity. It also acts as a uterine detoxifier, so it is given to women after delivery to detoxify the uterus and prevent the postpartum diseases especially fever, infection, and joint pains. It also reduces AMA (toxins) in the body and improves digestive health.
