  1. I was told that there are very high levels for arsenic in this product. Canadian food agency said that there was more than 40 times the acceptance level of arsenic. Please clarify. Thank you very much.

    1. However, the ingredients listed on the label don’t include arsenic in any form. Processed Arsenic is used in a very few of Ayurvedic and Unani medicines. There might be two possibilities:

      1. The manufacturer might have included Arsenic in Safi before reporting and issuing a warning by Canadian Government. Now, they might have changed their formulation.

      2. There might be arsenic contamination in Safi.

Ayush Department of Indian Government has also disallowed to export any product outside India that contains heavy metals including arsenic, mercury, and lead, but they have not banned this in India.

    1. Generally, you should eat light food that you can easily digest. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables. Avoid non-veg., frozen, spicy or oil, and stale food.

  2. Can we use any external skin cleaning and pimple curing agents like Vicco and apply them overnight without any fear of any side effects while we are drinking Safi? 3. I am having acne these days and after three months I m going to get married.will safi help me.how many times should I consume?what is the best time?plz help

  4. You should ideally have it twice a day with warm water without skipping any dose. Even the bottle says adults should have 10ml daily and children should have 5ml. So please have 2 spoons a day one in morning before having anything and one at night before going to the bed. Your acne will get reduced to a greater extent. Also externally apply acne removal creams on your face without any fail.

  5. How to intake Safi?
Is it one teaspoon in the morning and one at night or
two in the morning and two at night?

  6. Sir i m using Safi for 15 days but my acne has been increased in numbers now what to do ?? Please help me out

    1. This reply is based on articles that I read online and what I have heard from my friends:
Like any other acne wash/cream, depending on the response of the body to this new syrup, the acne/boil might increase and pimples might breakout temporarily for a day or two, but then after your skin will heal up faster and become smoother and will have more glow, and will be free of dead skin cells. In order to get rid of dead cells on body, Safi will pass (excrete) them off the skin.
Drinking safi regularly for a month will purify blood and cleanse it of harmful chemicals.

  10. Hi, I am taking this and other product for weight loss, which clears my tummy out. It makes me have stomach cramps and have loose stool. Does Safi have these side effects? Can I still use Safi or will it be to much?

    1. In some people, Safi may cause loose stools and cramps due to the presence of senna leaves in it. You may need to stop it and consult a physician for alternatives.
