Addyzoa
Addyzoa is an ayurvedic proprietary medicine having spermatogenic and antioxidant action. It is helpful for reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the cellular level, which prevents spermatic damage. It increases spermatozoa count and improves its motility, morphology, and functions. Ingredients in Addyzoa are well-known for inducing spermatogenesis, improving male reproductive organ functions and modulating male hormonal levels. It also improves libido, performance, and stamina.

Pharmacological Actions
Ingredients in Addyzoa have antioxidant action, which helps to scavenge free radicals and reduces the spermatic damage due to oxidative stress.
In addition, ingredients in it also have spermatogenic property, which helps in spermatozoa production and increases the count and improves the morphology of the spermatic cells.

Idiopathic Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia
3 months double-blind randomized placebo-controlled trial conducted on 44 subjects concluded men with Idiopathic Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia taking Addyzoa Capsules showed a significant improvement in mean total motility and mean progressive motility.
However, there was no significant change observed in spermatozoa concentration and levels of total antioxidant capacity (TAC), reactive oxygen species (ROS) and DNA fragmentation index (DFI). Therefore, the mechanism of action it is still unknown. (1, 2)
